Francis and I met in the most modern of ways—online—thanks to a mutual friend, in 2019. What started as casual conversations soon blossomed into something deeper, even though we were living in different countries. For a whole year, we navigated the ups and downs of long-distance love. The distance between Germany and Poland wasn’t easy to bridge, but love always found a way, whether through late-night calls or countless journeys back and forth.

In 2020, I made the big move to Poland for my studies, bringing us closer, yet those visits between countries still meant everything. Our love grew stronger with each meeting, and in November 2023, Francis asked me to be his forever. Now, here I am, getting ready to marry the love of my life, knowing every mile traveled was worth it for this beautiful journey ahead.
